Conest Software Acquires Cert-In Software Systems

Londonderry, New Hampshire – October 1, 2025Conest Software Systems, a JDM Technology Group company and leading provider of electrical estimating and takeoff software, has acquired Cert-In Software Systems. Cert-In is a family-owned developer of estimating and billing solutions for electrical and mechanical contractors. The transaction closed on September 29, 2025, with approval from Cert-In Owner, Eric Davenport, and Chief Operating Officer, Dannie Davenport-Lenzen.

Founded in 1996, Cert-In Software develops estimating and takeoff software for electrical and mechanical contractors. Its software is easy to use and has been implemented by contractors across the United States and internationally.
The acquisition strengthens Conest’s position as a premier provider of electrical estimating and takeoff software worldwide. Both companies share a commitment to empowering electrical contractors with fast, accurate estimating software built to handle the unique challenges of the electrical industry.
