JDM Technology Group Acquires Dreeven

Montreal, Canada – October 29, 2026 – JDM Technology Group, Conest’s parent company and a global leader in construction software, has acquired Dreeven, a Quebec-based collaborative construction project management platform. The transaction closed on October 23, 2026. Terms were not disclosed.

Dreeven gives construction teams a single platform to manage projects from the office to the jobsite. Teams use it to track jobsite progress, create daily reports, dispatch labor and equipment, and manage timesheets. More than 71,000 construction professionals use the platform today.

Dreeven will continue to operate as a separate business within JDM Technology Group. It keeps its name, brand and identity, its current leadership team and its governance structure. With JDM’s backing, Dreeven will keep enhancing and supporting its products for the long term, so customers can expect continuity.

Strengthening JDM’s Construction Software Portfolio

The acquisition adds to JDM’s portfolio of more than 35 software companies serving the construction industry, which includes Explorer Software, Computer Guidance, Penta Technologies, RedSky IT and CSSP. Dreeven also joins two other Quebec-based JDM companies, Maestro and Mobile-Punch.

“Dreeven is exactly the kind of company we look for,” said John McFarlane, Co-CEO of JDM Technology Group. McFarlane credited Annie Chantelois and the Dreeven team with building a strong product and an established customer base in Quebec, and said JDM looks forward to supporting the company’s continued growth.

Annie Chantelois, President of Dreeven, noted that the acquisition comes as the company celebrates its 10th anniversary. She credited Dreeven’s team, customers and partners, who built the company around a shared goal of improving how construction projects are managed, and called joining JDM Technology Group, a Canadian-based company, a positive step forward for everyone. Dreeven will continue to grow while staying true to its identity and its customers.
