Announcing JobTrac v3!
JobTrac version 3 is packed with new features and enhancements to make tracking change orders and managing your projects easier and more comprehensive!
- The Material screen in Schedule now has the option of listing items by task or for the whole project. This change now makes it possible to select items from this material list to create RFQs (Requests for Quote) and Purchase Orders as the project progresses. RFQs can be directly converted into Purchase Orders, and JobTrac will maintain quantities for budgeted, installed, back ordered and purchased items.
- Schedule of Values tracks billing and prepares Applications for Payment for AIA billing. The Schedule of Values screens build the job payment status to date, including the dollar amounts for the work completed, retainage and change orders based on the information in Schedule. JobTrac then calculates the current payment request, taking into account previous payment applications, and prints a complete Application for Payment form, or you can print directly onto an AIA Form G703.
- Produce Time Card reports for your labor resources customized by project and by date.
- Labor Factoring, or Job Costing, is a method of comparing past labor performance to the estimate. The new Job Costing feature in JobTrac performs the calculation that produces a recommended labor factor that can be applied to your IntelliBid template to help you fine-tune future estimates. These factors are based on your real world experience and will give you the labor factors that are customized to your business and labor force.
- When you click the Send button to transmit an email message, JobTrac displays the email in a preview window giving you another opportunity to make further edits before sending the message to your email server.
- Password Protection for JobTrac is a preference that allows you to set up passwords to limit user access.
