T&M Billing Manager version 2.1
Updates and new features in version 2.1 of T&M Manager include:

  • The Dispatch Manager module (sold separately) interacts with Work Orders to schedule labor and equipment by task. This includes Project management Gantt chart screens and Task Information grids, tracking of scheduled vs. actual hours, handling of partial day resource availability and over-scheduling, individual labor, equipment and project views, automatic distribution of labor and equipment hours, generic resource scheduling, expanded controls and default options
  • Invoice/Work Orders include more customer information and have been expanded to handle more than 1200 items. Invoices can be edited, material ‘like-items’ can be combined, vendor and labor levels can be selected when adding items to your work order.
  • A sample Standard Materials List is included featuring improved search and filter methods and the ability to import items directly from the Standard Materials list into your work orders.



    T&M Billing Manager is available as a stand-alone program and can also be fully integrated with IntelliBid. The single user price of T&M Billing Manager is $995.00 – a network version can be purchased for $2495.00 (allows unlimited user access on your network).
