Building upon that solid foundation, Modern Electric now includes an extensive commercial construction division and a complete service department to complement our residential construction capability. Our range of services is fully prepared to handle any job for our customers.
Residential Division
This is where it all began for Modern Electric. For more than fifteen years we have been serving the needs of homebuilders with new construction installations that range from multi-family to high-end custom homes.
Specializing in the high-end custom market, we are continually updating our industry knowledge, which enables us to keep up with the latest technology. This, along with our attention to quality, is what keeps bringing our customers back time and time again.
Commercial Division
When it comes to meeting the electrical installation needs of Colorado’s commercial contractors, the Modern Electric approach is the same as it always has been; complete the job on-time, on-target and on-budget.
Modern Electric’s commercial division is committed to the idea that anything less than a qualified workforce with a quality work ethic just won’t do. A commercial division built around experienced and qualified people helps us utilize proven buying methods, accurate cost estimates and an efficient team management approach. Efficient management of all our projects allows us to control costs for our customers.
Costco Addition – Aurora, CO
This 17,000 sq. ft. addition to an existing Costco in Aurora, CO represents Modern’s entry into the commercial construction arena. Having earned a solid reputation for being an experienced residential contractor over the years, we needed a good project to get a foothold into the commercial marketplace. With the successful completion of this job, more quality work started to come our way including medical offices, building core and shells and restaurants to name a few. We are very excited to begin our latest project; a new 120,000 square foot retail center and office building located in Littleton, CO. The successful completion of each new project adds to the foundation of our reputation for quality electrical work.
