Job Cost Analysis – compare your project costs by phase, square foot and percentage. The feature locates and helps identify potential errors in your estimate that you can review before submitting the bid by comparing historical bid data.

Messaging and Correpondence – edit and resend any communication from the Journal/Message center and ‘carbon copy’ other recipients, enhanced master templates for messages and proposals with more pre-formated sections and data fields for more professional communications, your company logo can be included on all reports including messages and Bid Proposals, numbering of messages keeps information in chronological order for easy viewing and analysis.

Message Status – change the status of your messages and correspondence from pending to complete, hold, urgent, etc. with the new Message Status Update field in BidTrac version 2.1.
