IntelliBid Design Build incorporates the same built-in Smart System™ technology found in each level of IntelliBid plus the ability to calculate lighting requirements and electrical formulas including load, motor, voltage drop, service and feeder calculations and more. Our IntelliBid Pro system has always included the dynamic Zonal Cavity feature for calculating lighting levels based on room size, ceiling height and wall color. With ConEst Electrical Formulas added to our Pro system, IntelliBid Design Build provides our customers with a program for complete design build estimating!

As promised, IntelliBid Pro customers (who purchased their program prior to October 1, 2004) are entitled to a FREE copy of ConEst Electrical Formulas. To receive your free copy of CEF, call our Technical Support Department at 1-800-662-7687 x2.

If you decide to add Electrical Formulas to your Pro system, you will automatically be upgraded to IntelliBid Design Build. With an upgrade to Design Build, there will be a slight increase in your annual maintenance fee. The increase will be effective at the beginning of your next renewal cycle.

Accepting your FREE copy of ConEst Electrical Formulas does NOT mean that you will be obligated to pay the increased maintenance fee. If you decide that you do not want to maintain CEF, simply notify our customer service department of your intentions so that we can adjust your account to reflect upgrades for IntelliBid only.
